In this exercise, I learning and explore how to create a local scene in the scene viewer.
First, I open the scene viewer in the browser and create a new scene with local scene-setting. Then, I search the location of my local scene.

Next, I try to implement some data layer on the scene, but the app/browser is lagging and the scene doesn't have any change even if I add or remove layers. In which, I use scene viewer properties to clip the scene to create a local scene.

After clipping the scene, I add a layer onto the scene "Tsunami wave Heights", and edit the layer to shows the data.

When I finally finish custom the scene and layer, I re-clip the scenes placing the Hawaii islands at the center of the scene.
