The exercise for my to create my first own web scene, which the scene are visualization of the population and population density of each state in the US.
Firs, I start off by opening the ArcGIS Online Scene Viewer on my browser. Then, I add the "USA States (Generalized)" and change the attribute to visualize the population of 2017.
Next, I convert style to "3D Counts & Amounts" layer.
Next, I custom the design and style of "3D Counts & Amounts". First, I edited the color to blue-red color ramp, and change the height value to "Pop. per Sq. Mi." for value size of km.
Then, I edited the elevation let the 3D Counts & Amounts layer flow above the base map.
Lastly, I edited the labels and edges, changing the text the represent the height value and making the layer more noticeable.
Finally after cccssssddaaweewq the data, I change the base map to Dark Gray Canvas and make the base map with the transparency of 25%.
My Thematic Web Scene: "USA States Population and Population Density - WH".
This thematic web scene is similar to 2D map, but viewing the data in a 3D position very notes the different population and with the comparison.
